Facing the beachfront, PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort offers 5-star accommodations in Pantai Cenang and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and garden. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location was excellent, and the 5th floor pool was very nice especially around 7pm when the sunset came. The hotel was clean and did an excellent buffet breakfast.They were able to arrange day trips out and taxis when needed, rooms were spacious with great views of the ocean.

Cleaner than before, less traffic jams compared to KL and easy to navigate mobility. Visited relatives and friends, nostalgic drive to Yan town and Tanjong Dawai - lovely countryside with scenic view of the paddy fields and the beautiful sunset by the beach. Had my first taste of 'Nera' drink and laksa kedah. Deliciously served in kampung ambience.

Food was great in Alor Star! The laksa stall at Kuala Ketil was superb. You could also go to Langkawi from Kuala Kedah Jetty.

Jitra is nearer to the place that I want to go. It just take 1 hour to go to Padang Besar, 45 minutes to Kuala Kedah and Pekan Rabu. The place is the good place for you to travel.

We used this as an overnight stop as it was a half hour car ride from Kedah to get the ferry to Langkawi. The hotel was amazing and the room was huge. Would highly recommend staying here and located near the mall which is nice to go to and unwind.

We travel a lot around the world but I want to say that this hotel is the best I have ever stayed in! Special thanks to Ana (cleaning lady) she was so good! Very comfortable beds, room is large and nice. We stayed in a room with sea view – very good! Reception ladies were also so good with us! Breakfast is wonderful! Pools are very clean and nice, kids mini club (especially feedings animals) was such a fun! 10 out of 10!
