Breakfast was very good
Room was unpleasantly hot when the afternoon sun shone on the 4 windows. There was no air conditioning.
Bar menu dinner was good also, but restaurant menu did not appeal and the portions huge

The room was beautifully furnished. Clean and comfy beds. Breakfast choice and quality was exceptional. We also ordered food around the pool, which was great too. Staff friendly and accommodating. Stunning location on St Aubin Bay. Gardens were lovely and the heated pool was excellent. There are changing rooms, showers and toilets for use too. We visit Jersey several times a year. First time at La Haule and if the price is right, it wont be the last

Arrived to check in after 9pm after spending a day trip in St Malo - France. Greeted with a very warm & professional welcome from the reception team. Didn't stay long as had early morning flight back to Birmingham so left for airport bus around 5am. 5.25am departure from bus station which was within walking distance so really liked that. Room was just great to get rested for the flight ahead. Shame didn't get longer to experience the hotel more but would definitely consider visiting again as the beach is just opposite the hotel along with the pub & a bus stop to Gorey or to get into town is just a short ride away. The hotel looked after my luggage while i went over to France. Having stopped in Gorey the previous couple of nights I caught the early bus along the lovely coast line & dropped my bag off with the night team for safe keeping until I arrived to check in that evening. Again a lovely warm professional welcome which always goes a long way & makes you feel good about a hotel. This is a good Hotel thank you. Loved the information book about Jersey, the hotel has a great feel good factor about it.

Lovely harbour and village.
Lovely harbour and village. Plenty of choice when it comes to eating out (Sorrento & The Muddy Duck were our favourites of those we used). Location reasonably quiet, but can get busy at peak times. Jersey traffic has increased somewhat since our last visit 21 years ago! A lovely jewellery business (Le Brocq) in the village, plus a a small clothing shop, grocers and other small shops.
The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We were met with a warm welcome from Alison, who showed us around the hotel and recommended a great walk in the area. Location is excellent - quiet but just around the corner from the harbour, shops and bus stop. The breakfast was excellent. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the view over the harbour was amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay. Would recommend.
The Panorama is a unique hotel. The building is old but the rooms and facilities are completely up-to-date and it has the most beautiful gardens. Our hostess, Jill, could not have been any more welcoming or accommodating throughout our stay. The whole staff were charming and efficient. The breakfasts in particular were outstanding and the cleanliness of all the public areas was exemplary.
The staff were fantastic- very friendly and helpful. The view from our room over the harbour was beautiful. There were lots of restaurants in the area, but the Sorrento restaurant underneath the hotel was superb, the best we’ve eaten at in 3 weeks of travel. The bus to and from the airport is a 300m walk from hotel.
The staff went out of their way to help . very polite, efficient and everything you could wish for. The food was exceptional from breakfast to dinner.View from our top front bedroom was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again should we be fortunate to be in Jersey again.
Very helpful, friendly owners, & there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Perfect location; picturesque & just a 2 minute walk to lots of good restaurants & the sea front. Free roadside parking is just a short walk up the hill from the hotel.
Room was a decent size, bed was huge. Had a good sea view. Food in the hotel was amazing, breakfast kept us going the whole day. Location was excellent, away from the main roads but only a short walk to all the restaurants and shops.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful overlooking the harbour. The food at the hotel in the evenings was wonderful. The breakfasts were good but the addition of a fruit option would have been nice
Great location great historical place. Restaurant looked great but due to the time of the year not enough staff we had to eat in the bar food was poor. Staff were good breakfast in hotel excellent we would go back
Our room and the restaurant were spotless.
Breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is in a great location and all staff made us feel very welcome. The owner was a perfect host.
i was in a room that had no view, but the room was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was great and the staff very attentive. the facilities are great. beautiful hotel ...
